Steven Rosenbaum, President Learning Paths

After 20 years of experience as a training and development consultant, Steve Rosenbaum founded Learning Paths International in 2004.  Steve has led Learning Path initiatives that have reduced time to proficiency for front line sales and service, back office functions, manufacturing employees and super- visors, software engineers, health care providers and call center personnel.  Steve has worked on projects in the U.S., U.K., India, Canada, Australia, Hungary and Poland.  As an author and speaker, Steve has written 5 books including: Learning Paths:  Increase profits by reducing the time it takes to get employees up-to-speed, Managing and Measuring Productivity, and Fair Employment Interviewing. He is also a contributor to the Trainer's Portable Mentor and has written more than 100 articles and 400 blog postings on training and development topics.   

Arupa Tesolin, Learning Paths Canada

Arupa has over 20 years experience in organizational development, change, operations management and training.   She founded the Innovations Training company Intuita in 1996.  Arupa is passionate about the application of Learning Paths for innovation, productivity improvement and economic revitalization and development.  She is the author of 2 books "Ting!" and "Spark" as well as over 100 articles in leading training and management publications including HR Innovator, Chief Learning Officer, HR.Com, Training and Development (ASTD), Training, (US) and Workplace Performance (CPMA), HR Reporter, HR Professional (HRPAO), HR Voice (BCHRMA), Management, Mississauga Board of Trade (Canada), Personnel Today (UK) and Training & Management (India).  Her clients include a variety of business sectors, government and Associations.
